TERMS OF USE

Please read the following terms of use relating to your use of this site, and all the sites listed below under our brand, carefully. By using these sites, you agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. By using these sites after we post any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms of use, please do not use this site or any of our sites. 

Owners and Collectors of Information

These terms of use apply to your use of all of the Sites and services owned, hosted, or operated by Salt and Light Coaching LLC (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”), including coachmtaylor.com and any other site that we have owned or operated, do own and operate, or may own or operate in the future including social media sites (collectively, the “Sites”). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these terms of use include all such Sites. These terms of use do not apply to your use of unaffiliated Sites to which any of the Sites may link or direct you. Please note that the “Terms of Use” are different and separate from the “Terms and Conditions” associated with registering for any of our live events and seminars.

 

Coaching and Guided Imagery

By purchasing or downloading any guided imagery/meditation audio tracks and/or hiring Coach, you consent to guided imagery and life coaching provided by Coach, which involves guided relaxation, utilizing Neurolinguistic Programming, and Time Line Therapy™ methods.

 

You understand that you are fully in control during your sessions, that you cannot be forced to believe or behave in any way that you do not wish, and that you can disengage from guided imagery at any time. You understand that the services rendered by Coach or anyone representing Salt and Light Coaching LLC are non-therapeutic coaching techniques, defined as the use of guided imagery to enhance positive thinking and the capacity for personal development.

 

You also understand that Coach does not represent her services as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and despite research to the contrary, by law, Coach makes no health benefit claims for her services.

 

Further, you agree that coaching and guided imagery provides tools for self-improvement and is not a replacement for medical treatment or psychiatric care; thus should be considered as supplemental and complementary to such conventional treatments. You understand that Coach does not guarantee successful results and the effectiveness of coaching techniques varies by individual.

 

Any decisions you make having received any guided imagery coaching by Coach are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions or actions that you take.

 

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Sessions

You agree to pay for services rendered by Coach in full at the time of, or prior to, your appointment; unless discussed otherwise. You also understand that any appointment scheduled with Coach is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, by scheduling any one-to-one session with Coach, you agree to pay the FULL amount of any session booked that you do not cancel by 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Certification Trainings, Workshops, and Special Events

You agree to pay for workshops, trainings, and special events prior to, or at the time of, the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Melissa Taylor. You understand that your registration for any event reserves a space specifically for you. Therefore, you agree to notify Coach within seven days prior to the start of the event or series if you are not able to attend. You also understand that you will not receive any refund should any cancellation be made less than seven days from the start of, or during the duration of, an event or workshop series.

 

By signing up for certification programs, you understand: 

*You must attend the FULL length of training and complete ALL required assignments (which may take approximately 1-2 hours/week during the training outside of live training hours, in addition to the Required self-paced Pre-study training of approximately 15-20 hours prior to the start of the live training,  in order to be certified** and that there are no make-up sessions unless for emergencies.  Sorry, no exceptions. 

*And all rates include a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot; payment plans also include a service fee, usually $100-200, whichever is indicated on checkout page.

Courses

If you elect to pay by monthly installments, you authorize Coach to charge your credit card or debit card. If you elect to pay in FULL, you may pay by credit card or debit card.

If you select a monthly payment plan when purchasing a course, you will pay the first installment amount indicated on the checkout page the day of purchase, and equal installments each month for the terms of the payment plan from the date of purchase, until paid in full. If you choose a payment plan, you understand there is a payment plan service charge, which is indicated on the checkout page (usually $100-200).

 

Purchases with Afterpay and Similar Programs

Clients who purchase programs using Afterpay or similar programs agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.

REFUNDS AND GUARANTEES

Sessions

Because results vary by individual and require full cooperation by the client, Coach does not guarantee results. Further, because you are paying for Coach's time and expertise, no refunds will be given for sessions. Refunds will only be issued for any unused sessions from a purchased package within the first two sessions, if you feel that working with Coach is not the right fit.

 

Online Courses

No Refund Policy for Online Courses

Digital Products No Refund Policy

All online courses offered by Kingdom Doers™ International + Salt and Light Coaching with Melissa Taylor are digital products. Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online courses once the purchase is completed.

No Refunds

Once you have gained access to our online courses, you have immediate access to the course materials and resources. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By purchasing our online courses, you agree to this no refund policy.

Course Access and Technical Issues

If you encounter any technical issues accessing your purchased online course, please contact our support team at [Insert contact email] for assistance. We are committed to ensuring that you have full access to the course materials and will work to resolve any access issues promptly.

 

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

 

Certification Trainings & Workshops

 

Cancellation policy: 

Within 30 days of training: Full refund minus $250 deposit.

Within 7 days: 50% refund.

Within 72 hours: no refunds.

 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Salt and Light Coaching LLC. Further, all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. Subscriptions and Account Creation

To use certain features of our Sites, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

We offer subscription plans for certain products and services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

 

Ownership of Content and Trademarks

All content, trademarks, logos, visual design, and other intellectual property on our Sites are our exclusive property. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Sites. You must obtain written permission from us before you may publish, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any material from the Sites.

 

Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us regarding our Sites, products, or services will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use such feedback or suggestions without any obligation to you, and you agree that you are not entitled to any compensation or credit for such use.

 

Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

Clients who purchase programs using Afterpay or similar programs agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.

The contents of our Sites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All information on the Sites is copyrighted by Salt and Light Coaching LLC. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials within the Sites for your personal use. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Sites. You must obtain written permission from us before you may publish, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any material from the Sites. Confidentiality in Sessions

You understand that Coach respects your privacy. All information disclosed to Melissa Taylor or anyone associated with Salt and Light Coaching LLC in regards to your client file will be kept fully confidential.

These terms of use apply only to our Sites, and not to the Sites of any other companies or organizations, including those we link to. We do not maintain, create, endorse, or take any responsibility for the contents, advertising, products, or other materials made available through any other site, including those we link to. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any content, goods, or services available on any other site. Other Sites may link to our Sites by permission only. To seek our permission, you may contact us at the information above.
