NLP is the study of successful behavior. It incorporates methods of retraining the mind in order to produce consistent, desired behavioral results in your life. ​Neuro defines the mind, linguistic = language, and programming means retraining; hence, retraining the mind to communicate the most effective language towards ourselves and to others. It has also been coined, "the study of excellence." NLP processes can be used for success in health, relationships, business, and all other areas of your life. It is extremely effective at producing positive changes quickly and comfortably to match your specific needs, drive your personal growth, and enhance your role in any particular areas you'd like to address. NLP is a great way to help you delve deeper into the root cause of your issue, by guiding a series of specific questions, visualizations, or changes of perception. NLP techniques can be used alone on a conscious level, but can also be highly effective when combined with a relaxed state to gain breakthrough changes and achieve your desired results on both conscious and subconscious levels.

During our 4 day Level 1 intensive program, you will learn how to utilize the profound methods of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to become a coach of all this impactful modality. You will learn the mastery of communication between the conscious and subconscious minds, how to be an expert at body language and eye patterns to understand learning styles and communication patterns, how to say what you mean and mean what you say, how to step into others' models of the world to better understand those you interact with, how to utlilize effective strategies to help others understand you, discover the secrets of your unconsious mind to break free from negative patterns that are holding you back; and thus become a coach to help others do the same, and so much more...

Once you register, you will receive a link to your course library that includes your pre-study, which you are required to watch/listen to prior to your live virtual training. This will prepare you for the material we will be practicing on the course.

When you listen to your pre-study, do not worry about remembering it all. It is simply there as an introduction so that you can be familiar with some of the processes you'll be practicing more in depth.

Each day will begin promptly on time and your days will be filled with learning and practice. Your course library includes a digital file of your practitioner manual that you are required to have on-hand to reference during each day of the training. Some students prefer to print their manual and have it spiral-bound.

Throughout your program, you'll be learning NLP and coaching techniques, that you will be practicing with others each day.

While you will naturally experience shifts within yourself during our practice, please keep in mind that this is not the time for your own personal therapy. We ask that you please keep any heavy issues out of the context of class and use this time as a learning experience to work on smaller issues you'd like to change. This is mainly a time to experience for yourself the amazing benefits of NLP, as well as learn how to coach others.

Each day you will have 30 minutes to an hour-long lunch break, and it may be at a different time each day, depending on the course material that day.

Days off: you will several days off in between sessions during the weekend intensive format. This is time for you to process your learnings and work on your exam and final assignment for the last day. Please plan accordingly.

All hours must be attended in order to receive certification. If there is an emergency situation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, as we trainers are extremely busy during trainings, and we do not have time for make-up sessions, we are very firm on our attendance policy. You will often be assigned partners, so please be respectful and considerate of not just your trainers, but your classmates time by attending all class sessions and showing up on-time.

On the last day, you will turn in your exam, submit your final project, and have your graduation! We create a very special closing ceremony for all of you during this time and you'll leave feeling a deep sense of self-awareness, understanding of others, and excitement to carry your new skills into the world. We love, love, love the last day excitement!

Due to various factors, such as business acumen and individual circumstances, we cannot guarantee your return on investment. However, unlike most NLP certification programs, your training includes Melissa's Consultations that Convert, designed to help you convert consultations to paid bookings with ease.

KDI also offers Melissa's 8-week business training, designed to help you set-up your coaching practice step-by-step within eight weeks and get you seeing clients as soon as possible. The average income of a successful coaching practice can earn a revenue of anywhere between $2000-8000/month or more, so it is possible in most circumstances to earn your investment back within 2-6 months.

Upon registration, you'll receive a link to a your required audio pre-study in your email. Make sure you check your spam or promos folders and move it to your inbox to receive it, as well as upcoming important updates about your training.

The pre-study is approximately 20 hours of content that you will be learning on your course, which you'll be required to listen to/watch prior to your live virtual training.

Begin listening to the material as soon as you can, as you will gain the most benefit of your training by being familiar with the content.

**It's important to note that you do not have to memorize the material! It is simply for you to listen to casually and just take in what you can. We give this to you knowing that much more context and learning is needed to understand it, but we find that those who listen to it beforehand (even if you don't understand it), tend to pick up the material much quicker during the on-site program than those who don't.

While it's not necessary to remember everything you hear, it is required to listen to prior to attending your program, as we will be discussing what you learned on the pre-study in class.

This is time for you to process your learnings and work on your exam and final assignment for the last day. If you're in the extended weekend format, you will have assignments to complete in between weekends. Please plan accordingly.

For virtual trainings: 

You will need a computer with a webcam, headphones (like ones that come with your phone), internet, have a free Zoom meetings account, a notepad, and a printer (optional if you'd like to print your materials), along with a positive attitude ready to learn!

For in-person trainings: You do not have to bring much except for a pen and notebook to take notes. We prefer you not bring your laptops, as typing can be very distracting for others; however, a tablet and stylus are fine.

You may bring snacks and water to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

Please refrain from wearing any perfumes, as to not disturb others who are sensitive to scents.

Other than that, all you need is your beautiful self and a positive, open attitude, ready to learn!

While we have rigorous standards to meet accreditation, which requires an exam to be administered, we aim to make this as stress-free as possible, emphasizing the learning that you have gained.

Therefore, your exam is a "take home" open-book assessment, which you will be given the first day of class. Many students prefer to work on the exam together in small groups, which also cultivates an effective learning discussion. 

Your final exam will be a fillable pdf with open-ended questions that you will email to your trainer prior to the end of the course. We will review your exam together on the last day, which must be completed in order to receive certification.
